London Day 2- Bankside Walk

This morning we left about 10:30 and returned about 3:00 for Max’s nap. Here are a few highlights of our wonderful walk! 


The Anchor- a famous pub and restaurant built in 1615! We think we may return here for fish and chips sometime during our stay because it is so cute. It’s right on the river and has beautiful hanging baskets of begonias, fushias, and geraniums. (for close-up see below)


Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre

The London Eye


Max had a lot of fun running around on this big grass area.  He played with local London children at the playground off in the distance.
