Paris – Jardin du Luxembourg

Today after breakfast of Cappuccinos and Apple turnovers we shopped around the market for dinner and groceries.  After that we set out to the Jardin du Luxembourg.  The garden was the garden for the palace of Luxembourg and Jacques Louis David was imprisoned here during the French Revolution.  The garden is extremely beautiful with many flower beds consisting of Dahlias, Salvia, Cosmos to name a few.  We wanted to go there so that Max could run and play on the playground.  He enjoyed going down the slides and playing in the sand pit.  He was pretty tired again though from staying up between 1:00 and 3:30 and also from running from one side of the garden to the other where the playground was! Hope you enjoy these pictures!
